Employee Assistance Programs [EAPs]

Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are a workplace employee benefit intended to help individuals with issues that adversely affect their work, health and well-being. Below is a list of EAP programs with which I participate:

POPPA Certified Clinician:

The POPPA (Police Organization Providing Peer Assistance) Organization is an independent, not-for-profit agency offering confidential services for NYC Police Officers who are experiencing personal or professional problems such as trauma, stress, depression, alcohol abuse, family problems or PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder). As a New York City Police Officer you face unique challenges that the general population does not. Putting your life on the line daily creates stressors which can affect you and your relationships. As a POPPA certified clinician, I work with NYC police officers in a warm, friendly and strictly confidential environment to help you get through these issues. I will help to provide you with the tools you need so that you can get back on track and resolve these problems before they take on a life of their own.
