Relationships rarely die overnight. Almost always the destruction of a couple happens little by little, over time. I often hear from couples who are in despair – frightened that their relationship is beyond repair. Their communications have broken down, trust has eroded and they live a parallel life.

My office becomes a safe haven, where problems can be discussed without fear or pain, judgment or retribution. In session, we will explore healthy styles, interventions and techniques that will replace hurtful and destructive patterns and create a stronger more open and meaningful connection.
