Crisis Intervention
Crisis come in many forms causing a heightened state of tension and anxiety for the person or family experiencing the crisis. While reactions vary considerably from person to person it is important to understand your reactions are normal and temporary.
If you are experiencing a crisis, you need information about your current condition and the steps you can take to minimize the damage. I will help you to identify the problem, understand your reaction and explore the different available solutions. The aim is to reduce stress and return to a normal state of functioning as quickly as possible.
